After booking an appointment, all new patients are requested to fill out electronic new patient paperwork as completely as possible. New patient paperwork will be emailed to you, or you can click here and fill it out directly.

When you first arrive at Triune Chiropractic, you’re given a quick tour of the office where you can ask questions and meet our team!

CONSULTATION

During your new patient evaluation, your provider will talk with you about your medical history and your health goals. They will conduct an extensive examination and determine what unique imbalances are blocking your body from healing.

YOUR FIRST ADJUSTMENT

After explaining the results of your exam, your provider will start adjusting you on your very first day in the office! Their goal is to get to the root cause of your chief health complaint as soon as possible so your body is able to begin the healing process. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and learn more about Triune, your health, and chiropractic care.

COMPLETING YOUR FIRST VISIT

After your first treatment, you will check out with our front desk, and make an appointment for your second visit.


YOUR SECOND VISIT:

During your second visit, your provider will review the findings from your initial evaluation in more detail. Based on these results—and your health goals—they’ll outline a personalized treatment plan designed to help you heal, feel better, and thrive.

You’ll also receive your next round of treatment and adjustments. Before you leave, our team will walk you through your treatment plan, review your insurance coverage or payment options, and provide a clear outline of the cost of care.
