Dr. Christian M. Carroll, D.C., P.A.K.
Dr. Christian Carroll is a Massachusetts Board-Certified Chiropractor with advanced training in Applied Kinesiology. He integrates muscle testing, functional medicine, targeted nutritional supplementation, and stress-relief techniques into a comprehensive chiropractic approach focused on true healing—not just symptom relief.
Dr. Carroll earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences in 2014, following undergraduate studies at James Madison University. He received his Applied Kinesiology certification from the International College of Applied Kinesiology in 2012.
Before founding Triune Chiropractic, Dr. Carroll practiced in several communities across Massachusetts—including Hopkinton, Ashland, and Groton—as well as in coastal Maine. His experience in both urban and rural settings helped shape his commitment to personalized, root-cause healthcare. He also developed a specialized adrenal supplement to support patients dealing with chronic stress and fatigue.
A Hopkinton native, Dr. Carroll is grateful to serve the town he grew up in. Outside the office, he enjoys time with family and friends, boating on Cape Cod, cheering on the Patriots, and continually learning about health, healing, and human potential.
Dr. Michael Burke, D.C.
Dr. Michael Burke is a Massachusetts Board-Certified Chiropractor with a strong foundation in exercise science, rehabilitation, and fascial manipulation. His passion for healing began after a high school ACL injury left him with years of lingering pain—fueling a deep desire to understand the body and help others recover fully and prevent future injuries.
Dr. Burke blends full-body chiropractic adjustments with targeted soft tissue work and rehabilitative exercises, offering a comprehensive approach to care. Before joining Triune Chiropractic, he worked in both physical therapy and personal training settings, giving him a unique, movement-based perspective on recovery and performance.
He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport and holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University. He is also certified in fascial manipulation through the Fascial Manipulation Institute.
Originally from Wayland, Massachusetts, Dr. Burke is thrilled to be practicing close to home and serving his local community. Outside the clinic, he enjoys time with family, beach days, working out, and hiking with his English Labrador Retriever, Blossom.
Dr. Brian Gaughan, D.C.
Dr. Brian Gaughan is a Massachusetts Board-Certified Chiropractor who takes a holistic, root-cause approach to health. His passion for care was ignited when he discovered chiropractic—a field that aligned with his belief in the body’s innate ability to heal. His vitalistic and functional philosophy mirrors the values of Triune Wellness: whole-person, results-driven care.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA, with extensive training in adjusting techniques, functional medicine, nutrition, muscle work, and therapeutic exercise. He also holds a Biology degree from Franciscan University, where he played NCAA soccer.
Dr. Gaughan’s background includes experience as both an EMT and a chiropractic assistant, giving him a strong foundation in both emergency and natural healthcare. He has worked with a wide range of patients—from athletes to pregnant women and infants—helping them move from pain to performance.
A Hopkinton native, Dr. Gaughan is excited to be back serving the community he calls home. Outside the clinic, he enjoys time with loved ones, staying active, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Ashlee Mayo, L.M.T.
Ashlee Mayo is the Licensed Massage Therapist at Triune Chiropractic, known for her skilled hands and personalized approach to healing. With a passion for integrative care, Ashlee works closely with each patient to tailor every session to their specific needs—whether they're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to relax and reset.
She is trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, cupping, red light therapy, and sound therapy.
She welcomes both new and returning patients—whether you're coming in for a stand-alone massage or as part of a broader care plan. Ashlee collaborates closely with the chiropractic and wellness team when needed, and her work often complements and enhances other treatments by reducing tension, improving mobility, and accelerating recovery.
Ashlee’s thoughtful, patient-centered approach makes her an essential part of the Triune team. Her goal is simple: to help you feel better, move better, and live better.
